Do I need coding experience?+
No. Our platform is designed for traders, not developers. Configure strategies through a visual interface in the desktop app, with pre-built AI agent templates for every skill level.
Which brokers are supported?+
Deriv, Quotex, IQ Option, Pocket Option, Olymp Trade and Expert Option with direct API integration. Connections use scoped trading permissions — never withdrawal rights — and your funds always stay with your broker. These six are the brokers the desktop engine actually implements.
How is my capital protected?+
Every agent operates within hard risk guardrails: maximum drawdown limits, position size caps, a circuit breaker that halts trading after a losing streak, and daily loss limits you set. Agents cannot exceed the limits you define.
Is my data secure?+
All broker connections use encrypted API keys (AES-256). Strategy configurations and trade history are stored in an isolated database. We never share your trading data.
Can I drive the bot from Claude or another AI assistant?+
Yes — the desktop app speaks MCP, so Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf or any MCP client can connect to it on your machine. Reading is always allowed: status, trades, candles, market pulse, and your agents' own records. Control actions need your signed-in session and are all recorded in the app's activity log. Placing trades is off by default and stays off until you explicitly enable it for that client — and martingale and compounding can never be changed this way.
Can I use my own strategies?+
Yes. Configure custom entry/exit rules, select technical indicators, set confidence thresholds, and define risk parameters. Your strategies remain private — we cannot see or copy them.
Does it place real trades?+
Yes, when you tell it to. Every broker connection runs in demo or real mode — most traders prove a setup on the demo account first, then flip to real. The bot never switches modes on its own.
Is there a free plan?+

Which platforms does the desktop app run on?+

What if the platform goes offline?+
All positions remain with your broker — AutoBotSignal never holds your funds. Broker-managed stop-losses and take-profits continue to protect positions. We monitor the platform continuously and publish incidents when they happen.
